The first thing would check are all fuses underhood and in the vehicle but many of these functions are controlled by the body control module.I am looking into body control functions will get back with you shortly.
Looks like we will need to focus on one problem at a time.Currently is the vehicle starting and running? There are three locations for fuses and circuit breaker devices. The first is underhood the second is Instrument panel and the third is center instrument panel located underneath the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. In the center instrument panel there is a circuit breaker for the Right side door and the seat. You may need to use and ohm meter to assure these are not open.In left side door fuse panel are heater a/c and HVAC fuses but am thinking that the the underhood relay may be shorted now keeping the blower running. There is also an additional seat circuit breaker in this panel as well. There are also door lock and unlock relays in the side panel. The under hood panel doesn't really seem to contain much for the affected problems other then the blower motor relay and another hvac fuse.

Hello! If those two items, passenger side faults and blower motor, are the only problem you are very lucky...When cables are reversed the alternator rarely survives, in that the diodes are taken directly to ground...Also battery/batteries may have been damaged...With engine off...Voltage across battery=12volts...Engine running=13.8volts...
The A/C blower motor resistor pack needs to be replaced...Bolted to the blower motor housing...Cnnector wire colors are...Yellow...Tan...Light Blue...And Purple....
Check the Right Side Door circuit breaker (25A)...Located in the interior relay block...Guru.......Saailer

Check  every fuse in the fuse block at the left side of the dash as well as under the hood .And replace the faulty.
Also check the passenger side window switch and window lock.Check with meter if its getting proper voltage.Check the same for drivers side window switch. If the voltage for both the drivers and passenger side window switch is checked same then there is voltage but if the passenger side switch voltage is not same then that is the cause of the problem.
For ac get the blower motor voltage checked. It should show 12 volts. The other possibility is weak or faulty blower resistor.
Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this

2003 Chev Silverado LT 4x4 V8 5300. Father tried to jump start truck, reversed cables and the following has occured. Passenger side door electrical not working, (Mirror, locks, window, seat heater). A/C blower motor only runs full speed and does not turn off without removing the fuse in the engine compartment. A/C compressor works
Thank you, Your help is greatly appreciated. Bill

Engine starts and runs with no other problems, other than this.
