Why is my windshield wipers running in the off position, it's like they are running in the intermittent position, but it's in the off position.

When the windshield wiper / washer switch is turned to the OFF position while the wiper motor is somewhere in mid-cycle, the wiper motor module will continue to operate the wiper motor until the wipers reach the park position. If the ignition is turned off while the wipers are in mid-cycle, the wipers will stop immediately where they are. The wipers will park the next time the ignition is cycled to the ON position.

Need wiring schematic

Go to AUTOZONE.com.(If you're viewing the site with a cell phone it will probably show the site in mobile view)If so,you need to click on "full site" at the bottom of the page.Once the full site is opened, register a account. Now click "add vehicle" & add your vehicle info. Now scroll down to the bottom of the page & click "repair help".Now scroll to the left & up & click " vehicle repair guide".Click on whichever vehicle system you wanna view that's shown in orange writing. You'll probably wanna click "engine electrical or chassis electrical" for wiring diagrams.Once you click the desired system, all of that systems components will pop up on your left under "select a chapter" Click whichever component you wanna view. These repair guides are free from Autozone. If this is too much hassle for you, post a new question with your year, make, model & engine size info then list whichever type of schematic you're looking for.
(I.E.-schematic for headlights, ecu, radio, etc)What part on the car are you trying to fix,do you need a chassis wiring schematic or engine wiring schematic??

Wat is a electrical diagram

An electrical diagram is a schematic of the electrical system, it shows what system and wiring is connected to whatever else. It won't show the car itself, just the wiring system and each component that wiring is attached to. If you go to autozone . com and register for free, then login to your account, the choose your car, then click on view repair manual, then you have a free repair manual which also includes free electrical diagram schematics.

Need schematics for 1982 Ford with 351 engine . (hot rodding a 51 ford, and need to know engine wiring for ignition of a 82 351 cleveland) to get spark) It's got a distributor, and a 2 and 4 wire connector...

I worked at the library and you can go to the Reference section ( those books can't be checked out) but you can copy what you need, they have old repair manual that are extremely detailed at the professional level, pictures of schematics, complete brake down on repairs much better than you can find in any book today that you buy at the local auto parts store. if one library does not have them then go to the next library in your area.
