The most common cause of clutch judder when releasing to pull away is oil on the plates. That can be caused by main bearing seals failing.

Have it readjusted by whoever installed it for you. Sounds like they replaced clutch but didn't adjust properly.

What cause of clutch judder

Oil on a clutch will do it, and a clutch that's been overheated will judder too. A clutch that's not been heated adequately can judder, sometimes slipping it carefully will smooth it out.

1986 Honda Accord lx clutch slips a little and is hard to go from gear to gear it has 165890.8 miles I checked the transmission fluid it was full what can it be

Well it sounds like you have got a clutch problem and so to check all you do is.....
1 Dose the clutch start to drive about 2"from the top.
2,Dose it grind going into Reverse gear ,and when you go to overtake another car the engine starts reving but you dont go any faster.. (yes)
Take it in to the garage and get a new clutch assy fitted (its the only way. let me know how you go
