Has anyone checked to see if you have power at the starter when the key switch is in the start position ?
Could be several things including the battery, cables, starter, neutral safety switch, or key switch.

You have the leads to the starter leads reversed. Reverse the connections and you should have no further problem.

My car just will not start bcm?

sounds like your ignition switch. NOT the key switch, the igintion switch. It works off the key cylinder to allow or not allow power to your components. Like radio, gagues, starter, ignition, wipers etc. If the switch is going bad, you may have power to some or none of those components with key in on position.
