Question about 2001 Chrysler Town & Country
Use a cheap probe type 12V tester and check the output at the plug on the washer pump motor when the wash button is pushed. If you have power to the plug then the washer pump motor is bad or poor electrical connection. If no power to the plug then the multifunction switch may be bad. either way about $50 in parts from rockauto.com

the washer pipe will have blown appart.this happens if you opperate the rear washer when it is frozen.it will either be off in the tailgate usually when this happens there is water around the catch when you open the tailgate.or in the headlining in the left rear, have a feel and see if the headlining is wet.to avoid this reoccuring use a good screenwash with frost protection.

Rear washer may have it's own reservoir . Can you hear a pump humming when you activate the washer? Look in the under flooor compartment

check that the jet is not clogged.take a very thin piece of wire, like from a twist tie and clean the hole. maybe the hose is pinched or disconnected.if you spray the rear, you should hear the pump working.i have seen hoses come off and if you spray for 20 seconds,it may leak from the car

Check power at the pump motors. You may not see a fuse because some run off a circuit breaker. If all else fails, a bit "backyard" but you likely could break out the washer pumps from the system and make a simple push button on the dash to operate them.
