All 4 brakes are locked up? Did they just lock up all of a sudden? What are the condition of the brake pads and rotors? If they are good you may have a bad master cylinder or even debooster. Here area couple things you might try. On your debooster there is a vacuum hose. With all four wheels off the ground, unplug the hose to the debooster and check if any wheels unlock. If not, try breaking loose one line at a time at your master cylinder and checking to see if any wheels loosen up. Since your saing ALL four wheels locked up I doubt it 's a caliper or flex line problem. Anyhow if either of those help to loosen the wheels then you've found which part is bad. One note tho, just crack the lins loose at master cylinder till you see a drip of fluid do not remove them and if one doesn't d it then tighten it back and move onto the next.

How do I tell if the rear brakes on my 1997 dodge stratus are anti-lock brakes?

If you have anti-lock brakes you should have extra brake lines and a pump in front of the master cylinder.

Back brakes lock up on 2009 chevy pick up

make sure emergency brakes not still engaged.could have faulty proportioning valve in brake mastercylinder.if you see abs light flashing could have faulty wheel speed sensor or bad rear wheel cylinder causing rear brakes lock up.many things will cause rear brakes remain lock up.

Brakes lock up after driving 10 km

Eighter you have problem to the to the anti lock brake modelue like a connection .Or there it a stuck valve inside BPMV witch is the molelue likely a dump valve witch is suppose to release the pressure .Unpluging the vacuum hose to the vacuum booster control will just disable the power brakeing mode .Try to figure witch wheel or wheels are not releaseing because the anti lock feature should not come into play unless there are extreame brakeing conduitions .See if its not a problem with a caliper sticking

After pushing my brake to start the car, a light come on the dash board shape like a round circle and a P in the middle. could you inform me of what is the problem

You're park brake may be faulty or if you have anit-lock brakes, there is a sensor next to the brakes that may be bad. It's simply letting you know it may need replaced or serviced.

If you have ABS, (anti-lock brakes), you're brakes will still work fine, however you will not have the anti-lock brake feature. If you slam on the brakes you brakes will lock up.

Consider taking the car to an auto parts dealer and consulting with a representative or a brake specialist such as Les Schwabb or such.
