Question about 1994 Ford Probe
All 4 brakes are locked up? Did they just lock up all of a sudden? What are the condition of the brake pads and rotors? If they are good you may have a bad master cylinder or even debooster. Here area couple things you might try. On your debooster there is a vacuum hose. With all four wheels off the ground, unplug the hose to the debooster and check if any wheels unlock. If not, try breaking loose one line at a time at your master cylinder and checking to see if any wheels loosen up. Since your saing ALL four wheels locked up I doubt it 's a caliper or flex line problem. Anyhow if either of those help to loosen the wheels then you've found which part is bad. One note tho, just crack the lins loose at master cylinder till you see a drip of fluid do not remove them and if one doesn't d it then tighten it back and move onto the next.
