did you recently clean top of engine change plugs mes up whit the injectors?chek wiring for each injector in the injector rail might be one loose or not conected if not crankshaft is starting to die cheers.

I Think it's just conincidance. Sainsburys fuel is checked independantly by Trading Standards and a private company. Both turn up unanounced. Plus there is a warning in the stations if water etc. is found. This shuts of the fuel from that tank.

You may have a cracked head or possibly cracked block as well. Did you have the head pressure tested when you pulled it off? All of those will allow coolant to seep into the compustion chamber.
