It sounds like the valve guide seals need to be replaced.

Blowing blue smoke at start up

Hmm, is this an older car? Blue smoke on start-up is usually a sign of a very minor oil leak going past the rings.

I normally do not consider this to be a problem if:
  1. The car has sat for an extended period of time.
  2. It only happens on the initial start up and doesn't do it after sitting for an hour or so.

Smoke from tail pipe when car is firsted started, after sitting awhile.

usually caused by worn valve guides. This is not a serious problem unless you are getting a lot of oil on your spark plugs. check the plugs and consider replacing valve guides if oil begins to foul plugs.

I own a 1994 Ford Probe SE i have lots of smoke come out of the tailpipe when i first start the car then it clears out after abut 5 mins and sometimes it wil stall at a stop sign or light like when i come...

If the smoke is white you have a blown head gasket and unless you have been driving it in this condition for awhile it may only need a new gasket. You will have to open it up to find out. Black smoke indicates an overly rich fuel/air mixture and Blue smoke indicates oil burning.

My 1996 nissan sounds "clogged up" Once and awhile white smoke comes out of the muffler, but not consistent. When I first start it in the morning, it stalls about 3 to 4 times and then seems fine. ...

Sounds like water in the fuel system. White is water in the cylinders. Check the fuel filter and let me know. If its not this then I will advise further. Cheers

SMOKE PROBLEM

Do me a favor, check you radiator fluid level. Tell me if it is low. If it is.....I hate to say it, but you may have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. You are getting coolant into the combustion chambers.....
