On the bottom side of the car under the fog light area there will be an inspection cover. it is held in place by two plastic trim clips. they will have what looks like a philips head on the screw. remove both of these then pull out the retainer (they are set up like a dry wall anchor). pull back the cover and unplug the bulb. twist the bulb counter clock wise to remove. install in reverse order. Good luck!!EJ
Open the hood and look on the back side of the head lights for the wires running to them. With the lights off turn the houseing to remove the bulb> when replaceing don not touch the bulb with bare skin the oils will burn it up or even catch a fire..
The bulbs pull straight out if the base of the bulb is narrow and straight. Some have the older style sockets which the bulbs have a silver or brass base that are round and will turn to remove instead
Most likely it is a 4 speed automatic over-drive transmission. You can shift it thru the gears if you want a sporty feel, but not needed. The fog light bulbs may be burned out, a bad fog light fuse or switch. Does the switch illuminate when you switch it on?
They want that much because they have to replace the valance and paint it, the one with fog lights has a special brackets for them, Check to see if there is a nut on the back side of the fog light if there is you can just remove it, the fog lamps cost $110.00 each so thats 220 dollars and they use a special light switch that costs $60.00 thats why it's so much, plus have to wire it in if the Dodge did not come with the lights it may not have the wires for the harness to run the lights. So you will have to run a new relay intothe relay box switch and wires and a fuse to do it, even if you buy the factory lights and add a switch and relay your talking about $300.00
you should be able to take the lower splash sheild off and get under the vehicle then there usually are 3 bolts holding it in unloosen pull out fog lght put another in
I just replaced the fog light bulb on my 2008 Azera. I went under the car and removed two screws from the protective shield. I pulled down the shield and reached up and turned the fog light socket and pulled it out of the housing, remembering which side the wires were on and removed the old bulb (Don't touch the new bulb with your hand) and replaced it with the new bulb. The job took less then 15 minutes
