Yes. After checking your fuse banks and bulbs, you might want to check the wires on the actual switch located on the transmission.

If they are not working it could be a fuse, the bulbs, or the nuteral safety switch

Where is the fuse located for reverse lights?

legend should be inside the fuse box lid and in the owners manual, but there is a switch for those lights built into the neutral lock out control which is attached to the gear selector. i would suspect that swicth before the fuse being out.

No reverse lights 1992 buck park avenue. Good bulbs and fuses. Please help

check your gear selector switch. the switch is mounted on the transmission where the shift cable attaches and looks like the picture below. Backprobe the connector terminal with the light green wire using a 12 volt test light. Connect the test light clip to engine ground and poke the light tip into the back of the connector at the light green wire. With the key on (engine off) and the transmission in reverse, the test light should come on. If not, replace the switch. If you have more questions, please let me know.

What would cause the reverse lights to quit?

switch or fuse #7 (might be in engine compartment fuse box). Switch is probably on the transmission where the shifter cable attaches. Please let me know if you have more questions.

The electrical switch attached to the shifter on the transmission has quite a few functions in that.
One of those functions is the back up light switch

2004 MUSTANG REVERSE LIGHTS KEEPS BLOWING FUSE WHEN SHIFTED TO REVERSE , SWITCH IS UNPLUGED

Check for water in the transmission selector pack.

After rain or a good car wash, water can get into this transmission gear selector/sensor box.

attach to transmission, and move/select by the linkage RND21 movement.

I have to replace my selector box because the bad contact tell the trans computer it's on a different gear!

Reverse light not working

There is a sensor that connects to the light shifter which tells the car when it is in reverse. It may need to be replaced. You can remove it and check it with an ohmmeter or voltmeter to see if it is good or not.

My both reverse lights are not working on my peugeot 106 and one of the rear dipped lights has gone. is the reverse lights related to the fuse and the bulb could have gone on the rear dipped light?

There is a fuse for the reverse lights. If you find that the fuse is good, have the reverse light switch checked, it's usually on the side of the transmission.
