Question about Chevrolet Tahoe
It could be your vent doors not opening and closing properly or completely. There are vacuum actuated doors that direct air from the heater - or A/C Evaporator(even mixes the two on some) , as well as defrost, vent, floor and so on...
Might want to check for vacuum leaks(broken, hanging, cracked vacuum lines), or see if anything is obstructing the vent doors.
