The antitheft/alarm has been triggered and it has cut power to the engine. If it's an aftermarket alarm then only the ones that have installed it know how you can disarm it - but probably will have a valet switch under the dash, press it.
If it's the original one then you need to turn the key in the drivers door all the way to the left and keep it there till the alarm stops.

Good. Now, when you find some time and some money, take the car to the ones that installed that alarm and tell them that one of the sensors that they installed is faulty and it triggers the alarm - ask them to replace it.

How do i reset my alarm on my 1999 ford explorer

If it starts and runs, it's not the security. Most common things I have found to drain the battery are. The alternator(even though it is putting out the voltage), the starter, the interior lights(wiring here) and the radio (Internal problems)

My car battery got dead so I bought new battery and tried to replace the old one. As soon as I reconnected the terminals of the new battery the car started making panic horn noise. Its horn alarm goes on...

On some models you can disable the alarm after you connect the battery by locking and unlocking the driver door with the key.
I would disconnect the horn or pull the relay until you can get the alarm turned off.

Car would not start. Put a new battery in and car started. Then locked car and set the alarm. Came out a couple hours later car would not start. Could it be the keyless alarm system its been acting funny...

Yes this is a normal problem with after market alarm systems. The system will lock out the starter or ignition system. have the alarm bypassed or removed.

96 ford exployer wont stay running new battery but not new and new alternator really new jump start run but will die in 5-10 mins

Check the harness for a break at the splice about one foot back of the alternator,it's a common area of failure. If thats not it then check the fusible link that comes from the starter relay and goes to the alternator.

97 Ford Exployer is first started, dash lights blinks on and off

sounds like an alarm system that has the horn disconnected,so when you start the vehicle it trips the alarm then resets itself after awhile .see if there is an aftermarket Alarm system under the dash and remove it!

My Car wont let me start it

Well, my mom found a little button underneath the dash board on the drivers side. And I guess its kind of like the reset button. So she pushed it and started the car and it was fine!
