Question about 1993 Subaru Legacy
It probably rewound with a wrinkle or a twist in it. About all you can do is try give it little short jerks and try to get it to release. Short of that, about all you can do is try taking it apart, straightening it out, or replacing it. There could be dirt, debris, a broken spring, etc. that is causing the problem. And, no. No such thing as a lifetime warrantee.
