The resistor pack is mounted next to the blower motor and is located behind the glovebox.

SOURCE: location of blower motor resistor

Stick your head under the dash, directly under the glovebox. You can also, turn the glovebox door upside down (empty your glovebox first, I didn't the first time :) ) to remove it and replace the resistor.

If you have automatic climate control, replace your blower control module, behind the glovebox.
If it's manual, replace blower motor resistor assembly, same location.

2003 Chevy TrailBlazer..bad rattling under truck and feet.

It could be a bad rear blower motor, or resistor? theres a lot under the truck that could make noise, have a repair shop check it and make repairs.

2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer A/C only works in position 3, 4 and 5 (the highest). A/C will not work in position 1 or 2.

sounds like the resistor for the blower motor, should be located in blower housing below right side of dash, come on,its only like 25 bucks, give it a shot. im sure you will be amazed what 20 bucks can do nowadays.
