Car keep running hot after I replaced radiator

How hot does it get in degrees F? Are you just going by the gage? Sometimes air gets in the system when you open cooling system, that air may have to be bleed or work its way out. Are there other over-heating issues? Has your thermostat ever been changed? Can you check coolant flow through the radiator? Does the radiator fan work? Last but not least, check for combustion gases in the coolant.

Thermostat improperly installed. (backwards) Or possibly you could have a blown head gasket and a bad thermostat at the same time. The head gasket could be letting exhaust gasses into the cooling system. A bad (stuck open) thermostat could "mask" this problem by allowing the coolant to circulate through the radiator when it is not supposed to. Thus, installing a new thermostat would trap the exhaust gasses in the cylinder head and cause the overheating.

Pier i took gooseneck off , no thermostat

Do you mean the thermostat was missing even though there was a recess for it, or do you mean there was no recess and wondering where else the thermostat is supposed to go?
If someone simply took the old one out, make sure you put the new one with the temp sensitive bulb facing the engine. Or else it would never get hot and open.
Why did you take it off?
Is the engine taking too long too warm up?

Car running too hot

you might check to see if they have power going to them .. if not you might even have a bad relay which is under the hood in the power distribution box.. under the lid of this box is a diagram telling you which one is which... also put the thermostat back in it will actually help .. when your engine reaches say 180 the fans are suppose to come on.. thanks Jerry holler if you need more ...
