Question about 1995 Honda Accord
I would suggest spraying starting fluid in the air cleaner. If it starts then it is a fuel problem. If not, you can completely rule fuel out. Being that old I hope that you have replaced the timing belt. The timing belt could have jumped time. That would cause the problem also.
