I know that you don't want to hear this!!!! But it is in the fuel tank. When you drop the fuel tank, it is right in the center of the tank.

    Actually you can get to your fuel pump in between the back seats. The middle back of back seat folds down and there is an area to open and you can get right too it. At least on my 03 prix you can,

The fuel filter is located on the cross member just in front of the fuel tank. underneath the car

The fuel filter on this vehicle is located inside the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump module. It's supposed to be a lifetime filter, and most of the time they are, but if it should ever clog then the entire fuel pump module has to be replaced.

there is no in-line fuel filter. the filter is a screen that is located inside the fuel tank. Its part of the fuel pump.

There isn't one. It is in the gas tank before the fuel pump. New theory of the automaker, put the filter before the pump so the pump will last longer.
