Cant find the hook up to plug in the adapter for my trailer lights on my 1995 gmc jimmy

Hi Stoker, I'm not very sure what it is you can't do. Are you looking for the connector for your trailer? If so and you can't find it, maybe you need to install one? It's not such a tough job but it will take time, a voltage test meter and a few other tools. Uncover the electrical harness with the cables for the rear light units. Identify each circuit and the pins on the trailer for those lights and connect into those circuits and making sure you match the pins. Test the connections, not forgetting to attach the earth cable. Regards John

My 1995 GMC Jimmy is overheating.. it had a leak and we found that it was leaking coolant from the rear freeze plug that has been fixed no more leaking, but it still over heats we bought a new water pump,...

Check that the fan is turning in the right direction, in all the changes it is possible that you may have crossed the fan wires and not the fan is blowing forwards instead of backwards. Also check that there are no air locks in the system and that there is a positive flow of coolant.

Own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Had the thermostat changed out as it began over heating...severely. Went almost 2 months after new thermostat put on without any problems. In the last week began slightly overheating...

Save yourself money. take to mechanic and say that is overheating. Do not suggest repair. You will have the preforming unnecessary work. In my home remodel business, whenever customers wanted to tell how to do it and micro manage it cost them extra for doing work that did not have to be done or not related to project.

My 1995 Jimmy keeps overheating, what can i do?

Most likely it is the thermostat. Remove the thermostat and see if that resolves the problem. It's fine to run the motor without one for short periods. If it does not over heat you know that's the problem. If it does overheat, replace the water pump.
