Question about 1995 GMC Sonoma
Engine turns over but does not start. I poured some gas into the intake and it started momentarily. 4.3L V6 CPI L35 engine.
Either a bad fuel pump or fuel pump relay. Take off the gass cap, have someone listen where the gas cap goes. When you turn the key to the on position you should hear the fuel pump run. If not, find the relay under the hood. Swap the relay with the one next to it (temporarily) Turn the key off then back on. If you hear the fuel pump running then replace the relay. If not the fuel pump is bad. Which is usually the problem.
