I would take the vehicle back to where it was rebuilt to have the error fixed.

I hear you. I had a Cadillac transmission rebuilt for $1050 about 3 years ago and it came up with the same code that I brought it in for. Turned out to be a VCC problem which meant that the torque converter had to be updated to a newer one, even though they put a replacement one in. Needless to say, it was rectified, but it took another trip back to the transmission shop.

Persevere.

I think that you have been getting the "bums rush" from the transmission rebuilder.. There is always oil in the gears as there is oil continuously being splashed around so burning gears is out unless you have a band /clutch slipping problem. Always run the fault codes to see if there are electronic problems and have a pressure test done to check for internal mechanical problems I advise that you find an accredited auto transmission shop that repairs your transmission and get a second opinion before you spend another dollar.

Transmission on my 99 suburban with no warning signs started slipping in all gears even reverse can a dirty filter cause this issue

if your transmission has been slipping, it means that the clutch plates and steel plates have gone. youre going to have to have it rebuilt or swapped out for a rebuilt one.

A transmission filter should never get dirty enough to prohibit the valve body and pump from getting enough fluid. unless you have driven the truck through deep water or heavy off road use.

The 99 suburban has a 4L60E or 4L80E transmission. depending on the chassis package, If you have a 1.5" rear yoke diameter(the thing connecting the trans to the driveshaft), its a 4L60E, if its larger you have the other. The trans are usually good for at least 150K miles under normal use.

No,You need a rebuilt or new transmission,I see this in alot of Jeeps,Even if you maintained the transmission fluid and drove carefully, the transmission itself is a problems.

1994 Ford probe GT 2.5 automatic, 4eat tranny What cause my transmission to slip from 3rd and 4th when hot? How do you fix the problem ?

It is going bad, it is 16 and anything past 10 years on a transmission is good. You need to get it rebuilt, or swap it for a rebuilt one. Not going to be cheap.

Recently had my transmission completely rebuilt including new torque converter on 2002 axiom. car gets approx. 20 miles per gallon. imediately after rebuild i am getting 12 miles to the gallon. nothing...

is the car going into Overdrive? have the trans shop check their work over and make sure everything is OK. If the trans checks out ok, have a reliable repair shop check scan data and see if they can see anthing out of spec.

How do you fix a transmission on a 2002 dodge intrepid

If you have to ask, you cant fix it. A transmission shop will have to fix it. and it wont be cheap. $1500, maybe more.

My 1993 Geo Tracker auto tran jerks when starting off from a complete stop,it's as if it's completely out of gear and drops back in when the RPMs come up? It works perfectly after that.

Check the fluid level to make sure it's full. If it is the problem is probably internal and will require a rebuild. This is one of the first signes of transmission or torque converter failure.
