Question about 2002 Volvo S40
SEEMS LIKE YOU HAVE A FAULTY MODULE OR BAD GROUND.
TURN HEAD LIGHTS ON AND USE A TEST LIGHT OR VOLTMETER TO CHECK THE WIRES GOING TO THE LOW BEAMS, BLUE/WHITE (LEFT) AND BLUE/RED (RIGHT) TOUCHING A GOOD CHASSIS GROUND, YOU SHOULD GET 12v IF THIS IS TRUE, MAKE SURE THE BLACK WIRE (GROUND)IS TIGHTLY CONNECTED WITH THE CHASSIS AND THERE IS NO CORROSION.
