Check ground on motor then check to see if you get power to the motor. If both are good replace the motor

My 1999 cougars heater is blowing out cold air. it blows out warm air on setting one but when i put it on 2 or 3 or 4 its cold i am going to get my anti freeze flushed this week and see what happens but i...

Check the thermostat in the cooling circuit for the heat problem; it could be stuck. As for the O2 sensor.....Check the thermostat first. Its cheaper.

I do not get heat out of the driver side of dash or flor.I get some on passenger side.the heater core is ok.the air contion is ok everthing under the hood is ok.

The distribution of air is controlled by vacuum activated flaps in the ductwork and one of these is stuck. You may be able to free it by changing the the flow control on the dashboard otherwise, someone with a good back has some disassembly to do.
