Question about 2001 Ford Escape
When you are moving there is air blowing over the A/C condenser if front of the radiator this will cool the gas or refrigerant and make it cool, this is a sign of low refrigerant, plugged condenser with bugs or low on coolant in the radiator check these items first before spending any money. Be sure the engine is cool before removing cap and checking foe low coolant. If it is fitted with a fan clutch check to see if the fan spins easy with the engine off if it does then the clutch is worn out. You also have a fan switch that may be defective. You can go to this web site to find a part you might need. Hope this helps.
