Question about 1999 GMC Sierra
This sounds like a bad selector motor on the transfer case,try in nuetral and at a stop, if still wont go then i would say the selector or switch is bad, remove the motor and see if it move when out of transfer case, also be fore removing test for power when selecting 4 hi,if its getting power then the motor is bad if there no power then it may be the switch.
