Question about 2003 GMC Yukon

Check engine light, low engine power, hand held dinog at autozone all 4 readings led to TPS. Replace throttlebody and still same reading.

Auto zone is no good for diagnosis of anything. I would take it to a qualified repair shop or the dealer, wiring harnesses are a common issue with these. You dont say but I ASSUME you dont have a throttle cable.

Check engine light on need to tighten gas cap


Take your car to a place like Autozone or parts store that will do a Free hand held diagnostic check for you, read the code and print out what it means, I am not sure what you mean by tighten gas cap, some cars check engine lights will come on for gas cap pressure, maybe you need a new one? thanks and take care.

Engine light won't go out


First, take it to Autozone or any of the parts stores that do a free check with their hand held analyzer. They can read the code for you and give you a printout of what it means. take care and good luck

If it is the check engine light, just take it to Autozone or O'reilly auto parts, or call a large auto parts chain and ask them if they provide engine analyzing service, I took my Subaru to Autozone and they will hook up the hand held analyzer to your car and read the code for free, then give you a printout of what it means, then go from there, Good luck.

You may have too much back pressure or a blockage in the exhaust system. Have your convertor checked especially if over 100,000 kms, 60,000 miles. Good luck!
