Ckeck the batt cables first. If their ok you can try shorting across the starter solonoid and see if the starter works. Make sure the vehicle is in nuetral and the parking brake is set!!!! This is the first tests you should have done. If people bought only the part they needed there wouldn't be many parts stores left.

Turn key wont crank

Possible issues: too many to list

Do you hear a clicking sound when you turn the key to "START"? If so, I'd say your battery is dead.

Do any of your gauge lights, head lights, radio, etc. work just fine? If so, I'd guess you have a bad ignition, bad coil, or bad starter.

Likely issues:
Dead battery
Bad coil
Bad ignition switch
Bad starter

If you swapped out the auto for a manual trans the car might have a neutral start safety switch preventing the starter from engaging. This would not be something you would have on a manual transmission. Instead the manual would have the Clutch Safety switch which will only allow the starter to engage if the clutch is pressed in. On an automatic it won't allow the engine to turn over unless it's in Park or Neutral. I would locate the plug for the neutral start safety switch for the old automatic transmission and bypass it.

How do you convert an automatic transmision to a manual on a 99 amigo

I think you should have done more research before you started this project. The clutch wires you cant find may not exist on your Isuzu. Also the starter wont work without a signal from the clutch interlock switch. These probably also dont exist.

These vehicles were equipped with starter immobilizing antitheft security systems. When they fail, (which is common) you get those exact symptoms. This may be worth looking into. Here is a link with info and "do it yourself" solutions.

Have you tried to push start it? If it push starts, its most likely the security.

88 s10 2.8 5 speed have power to lights, blower, radio, but wont turn over when turning key no clicking nothing wont even start or turn over by crossing solenoid

Since you have power to your accessories, here are a few more things to consider:
1: Automatic transmission not in park or the neutral safety switch is faulty
2: On manual transmissions clutch pedal not depressed or or clutch start switch failure
3: Broken or loose wires in the starting circuit. Inspect all wires and connectors at the battery, starter solenoid, and ignition switch
4: Starter motor pinion jammed in flywheel ring gear. Manual transmission. place transmission in gear and rock the vehicle to manually turn the engine. Remove starter and inspect pinion and flywheel

Most likely is the clutch inhibit switch, the switch is on the rod that goes from the clutch pedal to the the clutch master cylinder.Could be a bad ignition switch but that is rare. The clutch switch is designed to keep the vehicle from cranking without the clutch engaged.Make sure the floor mat is not wadded up under the pedal.

sounds like a loose connection to starter motor not allowing full power to solenoid which is where power lead connects. or if it is a second hand starter could be faulty solenoid

1995 nissan pu wont start... everything turns on

check for power to the starter at the starter's connectors while you have someone turn the key. If there is power, change the starter. If not check your ignition switch, (manual trans)clutch pedal switch, and starter fuses/relays. Hopefully this helps
