It wont start with ignition but can clutch start and run fine what wrong with ignition

nothing wrong with the ignition but there is with the battery
when trying to start from the key , the battery falls below that required to start and run the ignition system but with a push start there is enough voltage to run the ignition system and then the alternator cuts in to supply power to all the rest
have a load test done on the battery

Battery light stays on and engine stalls while driving. What's wrong?

My guess is the power from the alternator is not reaching the battery, or the alternator is not getting a signal from the key switch to turn on.

The battery light goes on when the car is running..

If it goes on and your car doesn't turn on then your battery is weak or dead; meaning you have to charge the battery.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My 91 firebird battery keep draining put new alt on test fine new battery fine drove it for a half hour and it died again whats wrong

You have a power drain ...and it sounds like a big one. Basically there will be a short somewhere in your cars wiring causing the power to drain from your battery, I would also check your car stereo wiring as sometimes they are the fault

My battery in my 1995 Regal is just fine sitting at 12.6 volts but I have no power inside the car. It only dings when the key is in the ignition but absolutely nothing else. I've checked all of the fuses...

sounds like you have a wiring fault, a common fault i have had before is the wiring from the battery to the starting motor corrodes and stopes all power to the car always worth a check of the wire , RED WIRE LIVE

My Jaguar is not getting any gas.

I think the car quit charging and once the battery got down to under 11 volts then there was not enough power to run your ignition system.Put a set of booster cables from someone else's car to yours[make sure not to hook them up wrong post poos neg to neg].Let the two cars just set there charging for 190 minutes or so and then your car should start and run fine if i'm right,if this is the case, get the alternator looked at or get the drive belt to it.
