Question about 2001 Chevrolet Impala
Ive found many of these cars with this problem, first remove vacuum hose form fuel preasure regulator this is located on injector rail, start car and see if gas is leaking from fitting for vac hose , if so replace regulator, the next thing is to make sure the throtle body is clean, use throtlebody cleaner and tooth brush to clean, and last would be the idle air control valve, this valve keeps the idle and adjusts it when needed. hope this helps,
