I have 2010 Ford Taurus SHO seats. I believe they are 8 or 10 way memory seats. Trying to retrofit for a street rod. Have a few wiring diagrams but not enough. Can't get power to any motors yet. Numb

Problem Solved !!! I traced every wire, Bought manuals, Ended up buying a passenger seat wiring harness and removed driver memory control module plus harness. Installed new passenger harness and it works great ! You need VIN# when ordering part, Order number is slightly different then number on wire harness but when it came in numbers matched. hi when you purchased these they should have come with a wiring kit supplied, if not then you will have to go to ford and ask them for the wiring kit for them, on most replacement fog lights not ford made come complete with wiring included...hope this helps

How to remove 2001 hyndai sonata audio system

Instructions
Things You'll Need:
  • Screwdrivers
  • Wiring harness adaptor
  • Hyundai radio adaptor kit
  1. Open the coin holder and remove the two screws at the front. Pry the trim from around the gearshift lever and unhook the power wire to the cigarette lighter.
  2. Locate and remove the two screws from the bottom of the radio trim panel. Look for the screws, attached to a rod, below the glove box. Unhook the cable from the rod and pull the rod free.
  3. Place the shifter into "D" and slide the radio trim panel away from the dash. Locate the four screws at the front and sides of the stereo and remove them.
  4. Pull the stereo out of the Hyundai Sonata dash and disconnect the wires from the back of the unit. Connect the wiring harness adaptor to the original harness.
  5. Slide the new head unit into the Hyundai radio adaptor kit. Attach the wiring harness adaptor and antenna wire to the back of the new head unit and push the entire assembly into the dash.
  6. Secure the stereo in place with the four front and side screws and turn it on. Verify all of the speakers and features are working. Reattach the radio trim panel, insert the rod back into cable assembly and secure the trim around the gear shift.

Sound went completely dead on an 07 Crown Victoria. I checked all the fuses and all are good...plugged the original deck back in and still no sound...nothing..completely dead..all connections look good...

Be sure you checked all 3 fuses, F3 5amp, F9 7.5amp. F12 15amp. Test with test light the red and black wire in start, the dark blue and light green in accesory, and the violet hot at all times. These are all in the harness to the radio. Then test grounds by clamping the test light to battery positive, and check the black wire and the two black and light greens. If both units are good, there's gotta be a bad power or ground.
