The procedure is rather involved. I think you would be doing yourself a favor if you bought a service manual. They will pay for themselves. I like the factory manuals, but you can buy a decent one at Autozone, Advance , etc. Sorry the answer may not help you much, but it would be quite a paragraph if I typed the whole procedure.

Can I bypass the crank sensor on a 1997 Automatic Honda Accord?

They both have crank sensors. crank sensor is the same as RPM sensor. Both cars need rpm signal. You could compare the inputs and match differences...but BYPASSING or skipping isnt ever a good idea. The 97 if I recall required crank and tdc. the 93 simply had a distributor reluctor generating both,.
WHat I recommend is you dont mix and match engines that arent compatible or change the incompatible pieces. Life is much easier both at 1st start and in the future when it needs repair.
However, you can get the crank/rpm signal from the 93 distributor, move it to the same wires ast he 97 lists, and it MAY fire. Youll still have to deal with cam and TDC, and all sorts of other incompatioble parts.. the 93 5 speed ECM should still work fine, so its a 5 speed? the engine doesnt care. Was t just not cranking because of the clutch switch input you now didnt have? You could jumper those pins (blue n black?) and bypass that. At least then all your ECM inputs are correct and in the right pins. That seems alot easier than mixing and matching year parts.

After having my neihbor change my clutch my 93 honda accord will not go into gear any longer what could be the problem

Clutch was not aligned properly, off center. That will keep the transmission from going into gear or make it very hard to shift it into any gear.

1999 honda accord clutch

Yes, I would get the dealership parts including the clutch plate, throw out bearing, and any other parts that seem to wear out when doing a clutch job on a Honda.

Get the service manual to learn specifically how to do this job.

Good luck.

Clutch problem in 93 accord due to cold weather

Unfortunatly this could be many problems and you will need to look alot closer. Your clutch return spring could be broken. Your clutch master or slave could be shot as well.
