I have a 1996 Geo Tracker 1.6 motor and it has a orange spark and will not start, I changed out the whole distributor and nothing changed, it was running fine besides if you pushed hard on gas it would bog...

You have probably torched the catalytic converter (they actually melt and become plugged up). No air flow now. Best way to check is pull the pre/foward 02 sensor. This will give breathing room for the engine. Also take out the air filter for good measure. Just remember, a one inch hole( the size of the 02 sensor, doesn't make up for the 2 inch hole for the exhaust). You will still have drivability problems. This may solve your problems, but there also could be more. Like , why did it melt to begin with?

When i press the gas petal imy car stall and it do not have power

Hey, there could be a number of reasons for this to happen. It could be as simple as routine maitnence such as oil and filter change, air filter, spark plugs, Also if the engine is not running very strong it can bog it out and stall it when you hit the gas. If giving your engine a good tune up does not help i would suggest taking it in to be checked out. You might have a bad censor or a short somewhere in your wiring. this should give you a good start.

What do i change when performing general servicing of the Toyota corolla altis. do I have to change all of these? spark plugs, oil,air and gas filters, motor and transmission oils

As a rule of thumb, oil and filter every 3000 miles, air filter everyt 20,000 miles, transmission oil every 50,000 miles and spark plugs every 80,000 miles.

Car Starts Really Rough.

Check the fuel/air sensor and air filter. When you first start the car only press the accelerator pedal once. If while turning the ignition switch you here a grinding noise that would be your starter going out. The smell of fuel signals that your car is either flooded from pressing pedal or fuel mixture is incorrect. Hope this helps.

Has trouble accelerating sounds like its missing and is bogging

Sounds like a timing problem to me. I would look at this first. It could be fuel related too. The old carburated engines would act like this when the accelerater pump on the carb would go bad.

Good Luck

1991 sentra 2dr 1.6 L rough idle in park and in drive at stop

Sounds like misfire. Change spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor , fuel and air filters. Check for oil in spark plug holes. if oil found change valve cover gasket spark plug orings. they can leak oil into spark plug holes and cause misfire.
