Question about 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe
Sounds like you have a problem with the plenum under the dash. The temp selector door moves one way or another to open a passage for either hot air or cold air or a mixture to get to the passenger vents. You may just have a plug kicked off. If you have to remove the plenum assembly, its a pain in the a$$. You have to loosen and hinge the dash back for clearance. Hopefully you will find something obvious like a plug off or a fuse blown.
