SOURCE: Cant find the oil filter on a Ford E150 Van

Under the engine, between the rear of the engine and the front of the transmission. It will be on a mount with an oil cooler, (it has metal fins) on the driver's side.

SOURCE: where is the fuel filter on a 2002 ford e250 van

The fuel filter is located just inside the inner frame of the vehicle directly below the driver door. You will need the 3/8 filter removal tool to remove the fuel lines. These tools can be found at your local autozone or oreilly auto parts stores. Good Luck.

1995 Ford E250 4.9l . I've got to change the 6th oil pump . this one lasted 10 miles

There are only a few things to check. I do not have a blueprint for this engine in front of me. There may be a pressure relief valve on the oil pump assembly and the spring is broken and allowing pressure to bypass.

Oil pump shaft- often there is a spring pin to secure the shaft to the gear driving it. If the pin is sheared the pump will not spin.

Clogged block, clogged cylinder heads, oil pump pickup fell off pump?
Too much play in bearings. Cracked block.

Was this an engine Salvaged from the Obama Gas guzzler Program? Those engines were treated with an oil additive to seize them up. Parts from these motors are junk. Don't use the used oil pumps.

Please rate my info.

I found a little yellow piece with o ring in oil pan of an automatic transmission in an 03 ford econoline van

dont worry about that it is just a plug that is in the dipstick tube from factory. When they put the dipstick in it falls out and stays in the pan until you get a tranny service and change your fluid and filter

Oil port seem to be block, can;t seen to get the oil in.

There should be a cap indicated by an oil spout. If by being blocked you mean you can't hang an oil can into the hole and have it stay there, you may have to hold it just inside the lip. Sometimes the rocker arm lines up and blocks the hole unless it is on the opening stroke and compressed on that cylinder. It would not hurt to bump the starter and see if you get more clearance.

Oil Change

hi you will need a jack.the drain plug is located at the verry bottom of the engine on the oil pan.do not know what motor you have, but look at the new oil filter, and try to locate the one on the car (it may be a diffrent color),use a oil filter wrench to remove the oil filter.use new oil to lubricate the new oil filter rubber gasket, and put on as tight as you can by hand (only.)
