HEADLIGHT AIMING WITH SCREEN ADJUSTMENT
- Unless otherwise obligated by local regulations, adjust headlight aiming according to the following procedure.
- After replacing headlight, be sure to perform its aiming
1. Before adjustment, make sure the following.
a. Place vehicle on a flat surface in front of blank wall as below ahead of headlight surface.
Clearance "a" between screen and headlight : 10 m (32.8 ft)
b. Adjust air pressure of all tires to a specified value respectively.
c. Bounce vehicle body up and down by hand to stabilize suspension.
d. Carry out one driver aboard.
Driver's weight : 68 kg (150 lb)
2. Check to see if hot spot (high intensity zone) of each main (low) beam axis falls as illustrated.
Hot spot specification (clearance "H") : Approx. 100 mm (3.94 in.)
3. If headlight aiming is not set properly, align it to specification by adjusting aiming gear.
4. If horizontal aiming is not set properly, check headlight installation or body bending

The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly,
behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator
You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam (separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal adjustment screws as well
Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)
For Low Beams: If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.
For High Beams (if separate from low beams): Aim the headlight directly at the line you marked on the wall.

yes use a small socket wrench as in a 1/4 in drive i had the same problem with my echoe not a lot of room to undo bolt with a bigger ratchet...As for the belt if serpitine you need to remember how to put the belt back in there should be a tensioner pulley that you need to move to remove and replace belts however swinging alternator out of way or removing same will allow some belts to be removed if only 1

Lots of possibilities. The first thing I would do is to have someone turn it on and off, while you look around under the hood (carefully, because fans go on and off).
The first thing you want to see, is if the AC compressor clutch is turning on and off properly. When the fan clutch is off, the outside of the pully will spin with the belt, but the inside will be standing still. When it is on, the whole pulley turns. If this does not work, then it could be a fuse, switch, or the clutch itself.
If this is working, then you need to look into the small sight glass in the top of the receiver/dryer, which is a small vertical cylinder. It should show a flow of clear fluid. Bubbles means it is low on freon.
But the controls could be screwed up, with the hot water staying on, the cold air not be allowed in, etc.'
Operating the controls should allow you to see these things working.
To go beyond this, like check the compressor, the expansion valve, etc., you would need to put a set of pressure gauges on, which are about $50, and come with instructions. There are 2 because you want to compare the input and output sides of the compressor.
