Question about Ford Ranger

From what I can make out on this diagram. the crank mark is up and the cam mark is down. Critical part is the belt being tight on the right with the gears in these positions. It should stay that way when you release the tensioner onto the belt. Are you comfortable with this, or do you need more directions?
