Question about 2001 Saturn L-Series
This would definetly be a wiper motor issue or in rare cases an excessive resistance in the voltage supply circuit.......but if the voltage suppl y is not hampered in any way, then most likely it will be a wiper morot issue, and most of the time this is only a replacement job.....
