My battery is going down over night and i bought a new battery and it still goes down over night.

Have your alternator checked, it may charge some but not enough to keep your battery charged. If it has an internal short (blown diode)it can discharge your battery.

I thought the battery died...bought new, car started right away. This morning new battery is dead...help !

Sounds like something is drawing current out of the battery when shut down, the next step is to test for current going out, when shut down. DO NOT RUN the vehicle with the battery disconnected, or kill your charging system. suspect items include the diodes in the alternator.

Hello i have a 2004 expedition , and i have been having issues with my battery draining. about a month and a half ago i went away vacation , came home to start my truck only to relize my battery was dead....

Your solution is a little hard to find too bad they told you to change the alternator. It is a simple fuse you need to change that is blown. on the expetion sometimes there are two one in the fuse box and one under a black cover follow the alternator small wires it should point to the direction of the small i believe 7.5 amp fuse. it was hard to find and i do this for a living. good searching.

I just bought a 2008 BMW 535i and the battery has already drained twice. The first time the battery drained in my driveway and another time it happened 1 hour away from home, leaving my wife stranded late...

The original equipment battery on this car is weak. I had to put a trickle charger on the battery for my 2008 BMW 535i to keep it charged. Your other option is to buy an aftermarket battery that is tougher than the original and costs less (about $110 versus $435).

Your alternator is dead/dying. Nissan puts both of those lights on to tell you that the alternator isn't charging your battery.
