Question about 2000 Saturn L-Series
You have to pull the steering wheel, which contains the airbag, in order to get at the switch underneath it. This is not an owner serviceable item, even if you have a puller, as the airbag must be dealt with. However most larger shops which do electrical work have the puller and the knowledge to do this. Most shops will have a much lower labor rate than a dealer, call around first.
