Question about 1995 Buick Century
This symptom would be caused by a clogged fuel filter. It is on under the car on the driver's side near the tank. It will look like a cannister and is connected to the fuel lines. You will have to depressurize the fuel system. To do this, open you hood and find the fuse box on the driver's side near the battery. Open the box and remove the fuel pump relay. It will labeled as such. Pull it straight out. Now turn on your engine till it stalls.
Now you can safely remove your fuel filter. Wear eye protection. Unclip the fuel filter from the lines using a screwdriver withouth damaging the fuel liens. Unbolt from frame and twist fuel filter out. Not the direction of the arrow. Replace with new on with arrow pointing in the same direction. Now twist in and bolt on. Clip to the frame using the new clips provided with the filter. Connect fuel pump relay and start engine. Thanks for using Fixya.
