This condition normally points to a blown head gasket. I suggest you take your car immediately in to the garage and have a professional mechanic evaluate the damage. Your car may not be economically repairable.

What type of motor oil does a 2001 Kawasaki 1500 classic use. and how much does it take to change it

you can use 10w30 or 20w50 motor oil. in any bike I`ve owned from a 72 Honda 350 to a 88 Goldwing 1500 and serviced bikes into 2004 I`ve used 20w50 Castrol motor oil without any problems at all. the amount your bike will need is marked on the case where you put the oil in. I think its about 2-2.5 quarts with an oil filter change.

Radiator sludge

Hello Todd, sitting here thinking about it only 2 things comes to mind. First question is it is an automatic. If so then your transmission oil cooler inside the radiator has a leak which in turn it leaking transmission fluid into the radiator. So if it is the transmission do you see any red gunk in the radiator or the water. Now same process if it is motor oil if it is a manual transmission. These new vehicle have motor oil flowing through the radiator to cool off the motor oil also known as the oil cooler. 9 times out of ten all you have to do is buy a new radiator or remove the metal or rubber lines running to the radiator and splice them together with high pressure hose. Which I recommend power steering return 3/8 hose, tough stuff. Just slide the rubber hose over the tube and clamp it down tight with a hose clamp and give it a whirl. But first I recommend you flushing the radiator. Good luck.

Motor oil in your radiator may be a sign that you have a blown head gasket or even worse a cracked head. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------

My transmission is leaking oil extremely fast

If the leak is towards the front by the radiator check the cooler lines/hoses. They may be rotted and will require replacement.

1993 Cavalier has coolant loss. It's losing the

you should have the cooling system pressure tested and inspected for a leak that may only show up under pressure.it could be a slow leak from the water pump, frost plug, head gasket which wouldn`t show up in the oil, heater core.it sounds like a small leak but this is the best way to start to find it.

I have oil leaking into my 1990 ford festivas radiator, what could be causing this?Is this a serious problem?

It could be the transmission oil leaking since the transmission fluid goes through the bottom of the radiator to cool off. You may need to replace the radiator. But if it's motor oil then there is a blown gasket on the motor or crack. Look at the motor oil on the dip stick and see if it looks normal or is milky looking indicating that there is also water in your motor. If it's just the radiator then it's not a serious as it is if the water is in the motor. Motor will be damaged with water in it.
