Someone needs to check operation and adjustment of rear brakes.
Sounds like all or most braking is being done by front brakes.

Shakey steering wheel while braking

Hi, the problem is most likely due to warped rotors on your front disc brakes. I had a similar problem on my 1999 Grand Am. If that's the case you should replace the rotors and check the calibers and pads to ensure they are not in bad shape. If the rotors are unevenly wearing they should be replaced and if your caliber pistons or boot looks damaged then the calibers may need replacing. Ensure that the front pads have the proper lubricant where they slide in the caliber otherwise they can bind and cause your rotors to warp again because of excessive heat. Hope that helps you out.

When i press my brakes my wheel shakes, what is this problem?

The brake rotors are warped. This is a common occurrence. It can be caused by numerous things; excessive rotor wear (too thin), uneven brake pad wear, sticky brake calipers, riding the brake pedal causing excessive heat buildup in the rotors, and over-torque of lug nuts are just a few causes. Having the rotors checked and re-machined may help, but normally they require replacement. If you replace rotors, it is advisable to replace the brake pads at the same time to avoid a poor wear pattern.

Front end shakes when brake is apply

One of your rotors is warped usually because of excessive heat. The rotor can sometimes be reground or you may need to just replace the warped one.

Hello my steering wheel shakes braking from 60km/h

If I understand your question, it appears to be shaking only while braking and no other time. If this is correct, then you have warped brake rotors and/or rotors that are improperly torqued (which may result in warping). If the rotors are not either worn or warped excessively, they MIGHT be brought back into spec by turning them on a brake lathe, otherwise you will have to replace them.

Evaluting Brakes/Calipers and Rotors Front end shimmeys when applying brakes at all speeds...

the roiors are "warped" you could have them machined but the problem will come back and be worse due to thinner rotors. replace with new rotors.
and high quality brake pads. recomend the ceramic ones they are way more exspensive but last way longer, make less dust and noise and are able to better handle the heat produced by your driving situation. heat from exessive usage is what causes rotor warpage

I have had the front rotors resurfaced 2 or 3 times and replaced twice once with toyota parts-the pulsating always reappears after awhile when braking. What up with that?

its the disks or you call them rotors! there warped again harsh braking and stopping from high speed will warp the disks, having them "refased" is a wast of money!! that wont last five minuets,,,,puting on new disks and new pads will put it right, but stoping hard from hight speed will only warp them again also have your "abs" looked at as this could be were the problem is, and not the disk at all,

I have a 96 a4 tdi an there seems to a shudder coming through brake pedal when i brake .pads ,calipers and discs are fine.

A shudder coming through the brake pedal is the sign of a warped rotor. You say the rotors, pads, and calipers are fine. Did someone inspect them or do they just "look" fine? A visual inspection usually will not show if a rotor is warped. You'll need to have them turned or replaced to be correct the problem.

Rotors keep warping. Parking brake=caliper sticking?

well first of all just because they can be turned dosent always mean that you should do it, now a days rotors are alot cheaper to just replace them, however whatch where you buy them. in most cases you get what you paid for, Like cheap rotor prices=less life, same for the pads and how hard the driver uses the pedal. and as for the "classic rotor warp" thats not always the case with these newer cars having more movable joints than ever befor, it could be, bad hub bearing, bad lower ball joint...etc....good luck

When i hit the brakes at 55 to 60 mph the front end shakes

If it is only shaking when you apply the brakes, there is possibility that you may have some warped rotors. they either need to be turned or replaced
