HI, a diesel doesn't really require a tune it has no spark plugs or ignition components to replace. there are maintenance items that you should be doing such as filters make sure you don't have water in your fuel also.

First . take off your panel that covers the fuse panel by your knees. put your head up under the dash and look for the shift linkage. some times the screws that hold the plate on where the linkage attaches break off. second things that go bad are the two plasic bushing that the shifter rod is held down by get worn out. 1994 f350 diesel loose oil pressure as rpm increase what is it.

How many miles on the engine? Replace the oil w/ a 75/25 blend of Motor oil and Lucas Oil Stabilizer. This may help some but I'm afraid the engine needs an inframe overhaul.

We hauled a trailer about 150 miles pulled into space. Tried to start the truck back up and it just clicks. Have power. Tried to jump it but it just clicks. 2001 F350 powerstroke diesel V8

ours did that the other day. diesels have TWO batteries. for us the solution was that ONE battery had loose cables. this would give you a truck that still has "power" for lights, fuel pump, everything to make you think its normal, but it NEEDS both batteries to crank. hope it helps! i know it seems like a stupid solution, but hey

1994 F350 WILL NOT START

you simply have to bleed the fuel lines...

to do that just loose up the line and have someone rotate the engine until you have some fuel going there...

make sure that your fuel filter is full because you will do this for nothing...

it should only take like 5 minutes of bleeding...

2004 diesel hard to start when cold

It sounds more like the glow plugs, the older models had trouble out of the module, but the 6.0 is pretty safe from all those problems. And don't forget to use the correct fuel additive for diesel engines, it helps .

F350 no start

I have a feeling you got a wholed of unleaded fuel or bad fuel
I drive a diesel box truck the station I always took it to the fuelman put unleaded in the diesal tanks and the truck just died it had to have the gas tank completed drained and cleaned out but also ask yourself how many miles are on it and when was last tune up and if you live in a cold climate I recommend a heater block plug
