1999 Dodge Ram Van 2500 Conversion Van
Blower went out, and blower resistor Switch.
Replaced both, but the rear air is not turning on.
Checked Breakers, made sure rear fan is on.

-9how did you check you do not have a fan you got a squarail cage and you should jump it straight to the battery you might have more that on fuse or a relay
Before you start dismantling your interior dash, you should firstly confirm it is in fact the resistor. Otherwise, you could be making unneccessary work for yourself.
Have your vehicle diagnostics checked (Aircon system) first - this will tell you which circuit is having problems.
Once this is done, we can guide you from there.
This is common, the problem is the blower resistor, this is what controls the speeds of the blower, this is located next to the blowermotor, if you grab the wires at the blower and follow them they will lead you to the resistor, its screwed into heaterbox, but if this a van then its located under the hood on the rear firewall, this picture will help you locate it, it will be the only part like it on the firewall going into heaterbox, heres a picture of it good luck and i hope this is helpful.
I am having the same issue. I can wiggle my keys in the ignition when it is not started and get the blower to come on. I am assuming it is ignition relay.
