Two valves for what? if your talking about air conditioning then it would be the smaller of the two, hope this is what you needed.

Computer code P0650

Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit Output drive moduels (ODM's) are used by the powertrain control module (PCM) to turn on many of the current-driven devices that are needed to control various engine and transaxle functions. Each ODM is capable of controlling up to 7 separate outputs by applying ground to the device whish the PCM is commanding ON. Unlike quad diver modules (QDM's) used in prior model years, ODM's have the capability of diagnosing each output circuit individually. DTC P0650 set indicates an impropervoltage level on the output circuit that control the MIL.

Vr commodore backfiring

This may be due to a brunt valve or misadjusted valve, the back firing is due to the intake valve being open while its firing in that cylinder.
Make sure all wires to cylinders are correct and not crossed.

My first thing i would look at is the firing order, may be a crossed wire, even if it starts and runs you may still have a crossed wire, then if firing order is correct then i would move to checking the adustment on the valves for that cylinder,
Make sure rocker arms arm tightened correctly and push rods are in correct locations. i know that some engines like the 3.1 have diffrent size push rods for the exhaust and intake, remove the valve cover and see if that valve is closed, or try a compression test on that cylinder and if it is low then you have a bad valve or it is not adjusted correctly and last the timing chain is not aligned correctly.

200 Ford Expedition: interior and exterior board lights remain on, with the door ajor signal on. We checked all doors and windows to no luck. Whish fuse controls?

This is actually not a problem with a fuse. There are switches in each of you doors that let the car computer know when the door is open or shut. One of these switches is malfunctioning so the car thinks a door is always open. If you take the car to a dealership they will be able to fully diagnose it and tell exactly which door switch is faulty and then replace it for you.

Make sure #1 cilynder at tdc line up timing marks but whish one ? has two

I'm not certain I understand the question, but the ideal way of determining TDC is to pull the spark plug from the cylinder and watch for the piston to come up or stick a piece of rope in the hole to feel when the piston comes up. When you see the piston at the top of it's travel in the cylinder, then you can look at the timing mark.

Car wont start, put in new battery new terminals check fuses. have lights but it dosent kick over

If it is an automatic, try starting in Neutral. If that works than it is a bad Neutral start switch-- which is located in the transmission shift lever.
If it is a stick shift than it could be the clutch switch, whish is located on the clutch pedal.
Or if all that does not make a difference, check the starter relay, located in the fuse/relay box in the engine compartment.
If the relay is good than you are left with abad starter.
