My Isuzu Trooper was not revving as usual. Now it is emitting a lot of white smoke. So far, injectors have been pulled out and cleaned, emptied the fuel tank, flushed all fuel pumps and changed fuel filter...

Check the radiator fluid level. If the smoke is not present when it is first started, and after a short time later it begins to smoke, it may be a blown head gasket that is letting radiator water into the combustion chamber. The symptom of, "not revving as usual", would be an inconsistent engine speed at idle. If the fluid level is going down in the radiator, and you don't see fluid on the ground, with the exception of a small drip out the tail pipe when the engine first starts, a small amount of water in the combustion chamber will cause a lot of white smoke. It can be normal for a small amount of water to drip from the tail pipe, depending on humidity, but once the engine is warmed up, the, "white smoke", should not have moisture in it. A paper towel held at the tail pipe for a few seconds should not get wet after the engine is warmed up, and the radiator fluid level should not decrease if no fluid is leaking on the ground.

I have 2000 olds intrigue 3.5l. Jump on gas the other day temp gauge shot upand overheating light came on. I changed thermostat car still overheats. Not blowing white smoke like head gasket is blown....

Mine did that last summer and is now fixed. When was the last time you flushed the cooling system? If you use DexCool it turns into large clumpy pieces that can't go through the radiator. If you flush it and put in new coolant (not DexCool this time) and it's still hot, you'll need a new radiator instead of a radiator flush probably, as there will probably be DexCool "clumps" in the radiator that won't let your coolant go through it to cool your engine. Best wishes - and get someone good to do it, it's a lot cheaper than replacing the engine!

How can i tell if i have a blown gasket i cant really tell where water is leaking from but i can kins see it running out what looks like a pan or somthing under like the water pump area under cranshaft and...

Hi, If you see white smoke coming from tail pipe then you will know it is leaking through engine.
I would suggest after you replace head gasket, that you put new radiator fluid (50/50) mix and a new thermostat in. The fluid will keep it from boiling over. Good luck.

I have a 1998 Mazda Millenia.I've had the car about 2 months and everytime i crank up in the morning or after being parked about 9-10 hours white looking smoke comes out the tailpipe. My check engine light...

The white smoke in the morning is condensation heat attracts moisture, Now for a 1998 you may have to add Mazda transmission fluid in it. That siren noise is the underdrive of the transmission they have alot of issue Make sure underneath the transmission area there is no red fluid other than that you will be needing a transmission ,

My truck has white smoke ,engines missing

Check your radiator fluid and your oil. If you have radiator fluid in your oil, you need to have a mechanic take a look at it. The white smoke is usually one indicator of fluid in your oil. Also do not drive it with radiator fluid in your oil as this is hard on the bearings.
