Your door switch is out of alignment ... To prove, open the door and press the switch by hand. Move it back to its proper position to stop the ding dong thing.

Changed battery terminals and now dinging wont stop unless warning light fuse removed

It sounds like it thinks the key is still in it all the time. Try turning the key forward to the on position, but not running, so the dinging stops. disconnect the battery. Remove the key completely and reconnect the battery.

2001 f150 ignition keep dinging even when truck is

Check all your fuses. Check the door jam switch. I Had a Volvo do that once and the brake light fuse was bad which caused the chime to ding all the time. When you open the door with the key in ign the ding goes off. I would check that switch and circuit if the fuses are ok

2001 s10 will jump start. After it sits, I try to start it, it won't start, but the ignition keeps dinging after I turn it off and take the key out. I can jump start it and the dinging stops.

its sounds like a bad ignition switch-try to jiggle it and see if its stop after you have turned key off- also those dinging sounds are to warn you that you have left something on -usually headlights or maybe even your dome lights which would account for your battery dying

My headlights flash and my radio goes off and on and my door ding rings even when the door is closed

I would check your battery terminals and make sure they are tight. Check for ground wires and make sure they are making a good connection.

Door ajar lite comes on and the alarm keeps dinging all doors are in line and closed how to make the ding stop?

first of all, you may have one or more door buttons that are bad. spray all door switches with a good spray lubricant and see if this helps. if not, find bad one and replace it. if door switches are bad door ajar light will think door is still open.

The passenger side auto sliding door will not shut... it almost closes then opens a little. Dinger dings indicating that the door is open even when it is manually shut and override switch is on. No message...

this is a common issue with these. The door for some reason goes out of alignment and you will have to either adjust the striker or the door track or take it somewhere and have them do it.Its better to have someone else do it so they have to fix it right if they want paid..

Doors locking and dinging sound while driving

One of your door sensors in the door jam is loose or worn out, or a door is out of adjustment, and not closing all the way.
