The first thing is to test fan motor, unplug it and test it by powering it up to see if it runs, if fan runs then the next thing is to check the fan switch sensor, this is the sensor that controls the fan, jump connector to see if fan runs, if the fan runs then fan and relay are good and mostlikely its the switch sensor,

The cooling fans won't turn on..

Did you try your radiator fan relay ? if thats not it i would try the coolant temp switch for the engine control computer . lastly if those dont solve the problem you have ecu issues or the cooling fan module.

Engine cooling fan won't come on while driving

The electric cooling fan is not needed while the car is driving down the road. Air is being forced through the radiator and provides enough air flow to cool the system properly. The only time the cooling fan is required is when the A/C is in use or the coolant system temperature has reached 225F.

Car is over heating, boiling in the overflow, this after 5km's the oil looks fine ?????? help

Check your coolant levels and make sure the hose between the coolant reservoir and the radiator aren't clogged. The cooling fan on the radiator may not be directly driven by the serpentine belt and may be on a clutch. If the clutch is broken the fan won't cool the radiator and the radiator won't cool the car. Get the car good and hot and see if the fan kicks on. To temporarily relieve the overheating in the engine, turn the heat on in your car.

Changed relay switch for radiator fans now check engine light won

So youre saying the fans are coming on and going off like they should, have you changed your thermostat and be sure to burp the system getting out all the air bubbles. And the check engine light will not always go out on its own, most times manually clearing it or disconnecting the battery is the only to go if you dont have a generic scan tool
