What kind of motor oil to use? 10W30 or what? For the current season please.

You do not need to change the oil for the seasons,as the oil is "multigrade" (that means it gets thicker as it gets hotter.)BUT when new, you should use 5/30 and as the car gets older,or uses/burns oil it is my opinion, that it should get a higher (lower sae #)grade of oil to compensate so 5/30 will go to 10/40 if and when you start to use the "thicker" oil is dependant on your cars usage/burn rate.

What type of oil do i need for an hyundai 2003 elantra

Check your owner's manual if it does not display it on the oil filler cap. Otherwise a good bet is 10w-30.
