And i was cleaned the throttle and stepper motor and the air balancer, but to no avail, note that this problem is rarely talked to me about once a week and after a long journey in the Traffic jam , walk on the open way does not occur at all , in addition to being at the time of the problem I hear the voice comes from the gate of air mass meter where moving move non-regular Please help

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

SOURCE: 05 Golf 1.9D TDI engine code; BKC

Hi,
Always best to get the fault codes read before spending any (other) money, and that might tell you which sensor - or it's connector - is playing up. It seems TDI intercoolers do collect oil and if it gets fairly blocked the "blow" from the turbo will be reduced to "****" at the inlet manifold - thus collapsing your pipe. Have a look at http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=9379

If your turbo has variable geometry it could be that the vanes are stuck, but you didn't complain of lack of boost.Did you mean to?
Cheers, D

Vacuum leak somewhere.
Possibly could be the O2 sensor (the one before the cat up front).
I'd search for a vacuum leak since you may have rattled something loose.

The parts aren't really that expensive, it's the labor these places charge an hour. Call around and see who can do it the cheapest, unless you want to do it your self.

SOURCE: 2001 VW Golf Windshield Wipers

You will need to pull the wiper arm off the shaft. The gears on the shafts are most likely worn out. Have you tried to use the wipers when they where stuck or frozen down?
You can buy a tube of JB weld or even better yet JB Underwater Weld. Put a good amount on both shafts and replace wiper arms and secure them down. Wait a couple days at LEAST before using wipers again to ensure that the weld product holds and cures.

Car only reaches 2000 rpm max

Not sure about that model but there's a RPM limiter programmed into the ECM on most cars but sounds like it's perimeters are way off unless physically the car is running so bad and mixtures are so off it can't physically reach higher.

Where is the oil pressure sensor of vw golf 1999

The sensors are usually found on the oil filter flange housing with the oil cooler. Also there are two dynamic sensors to measure pressure below 2000 rpm and above 2000 rpm so it could warn you of pressure loss within those two ranges.

My 1993 rodeo makes a loud ticking noise until it reaches 2000 rpm's . Then it just shuts off like a switch. My mom had one and hers done the same thing. It sometimes doesn't also rev the rpm's down when i...

That ticking your hearing is most likely a valve lifter or tappet that is dirty or failing. At low RPM the oil pressure is lower, as you increase the engine speed the oil pressure rises; with this the lifter sees more oil pressure too and it fills fully with oil thus the ticking stops. You may be able to fluch the oil system in hopes of cleaning out any debris; my gut says the lifter is beginning to fail and should be replaced. If you have the ability and tools this is something you can do in your garage; pick up a manual and review the procedure before tearing into the engine.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom
