How did the pushrods become bent? You usually also will have VALVE damage, think about it... I suggest that you examine the timing chain. I suspect it has slipped, hence the push rod issue...

2000 navigator 5.4 crank no start no fuel in rail. key on brief pump sound.

Check for an emergency fuel shutoff switch near right side kickpanel inside the passenger compartment. Stick your head down by the floorboard and look up to the right corner area above your head. Activate that switch (usually has a red button on it) manually by pushing on the button and try it. If this "fixes" it, there is likely a short or you will have to tape it in position so the fuel pump is on during normal driving.

I own a 1968 Imperial 440 V8. The intake valve push rod of the #1 cylinder bent and was causing knocking noise. I replaced it and the motor ran fine. The #1 cylinder started missing. Again it was a bent...

bent push rods come from improper movement of the rocker and valve
This can be from an incorrect length push rod-- some v8 engines run different lengths for inlet and exhaust
from rocker arm jamming on the shaft or rocker ball
hydraulic cam follower pumping up and jamming the valve spring to a solid block
bent valve stem above the valve guide
valve spring Colette moved or misplaced incorrect rocker for that valve-- some engines run different length rockers for inlet and exhaust
what to do-- if this engine was running all right for some time then the rocker can be omitted. if the problem has been occurring since the cold weather the the oil may be too thick and not allowing the follower to leak down properly
check the follower or replace it , change to a lighter viscosity oil for the duration of the cold weather
unless you have had a recent head change or other mechanical work done the problem will be in those areas.

Adjusting Timing Chain

Push rod,you have two different size,or firing order is wrong. The intake push rod are 5 3/4 inch long, the exhaust are 6 inches long,Disable the spark and crank the engine the sound should be smooth and even,if its not correct the push rods.If it is correct the firing order

My car blew the upper intake manifold gasket out so i replaced it and now it is flooding and won`t start

Im not sure what year, make or model car this is, the most common reason for a no start after an intake gasket chage is due to installing push rod in the wrong spot, this is mainly ture on the 3.1 and 3.4 and 2.8 and some other engines, the intake and exhaust push rods are diffrent sizes, i belive the exhaust valve uses a little longer pushrod than the intake, remove the valve cover and remove loosen the rocker arm and pull the first two push rods out, see if they are diffrent sizes, if so then install them in the correct location, let me know the result good day.

Changed relay it cranked drove not far replaced intake gasket drove note far changeed camshaft position sensor and wires spark plug ran but died again found fuse blown for 1fan under relay got running but...

sounds like the ignition module. Change that and see what happens. Is this by any chance on a 3800 or otherwise called a 3.8? if so try to push in the left side of the harness where it plugs in to the module just in front of the coil packs. while you are pushing have someone crank the car. if it starts and you let go and it dies then you know that is your problem.

Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected

when u bent the push rod u might have bent the valve in the head ,by puting the longer push rod where it didnt belong it kept the valve open when the piston came up and the force of the piston on the valve bent the push rod,you will have to remove the head, hope this helps

We replaced intake gaskets and now its making a loud knocking sound

Good day
which intake gasket need you replace upper or lower, did you remove the push rods if so did you put the right ones in the right place. intake push rod will be marked orange and are shorter, exhaust push rods are marked blue. it almost sounds like you might have put an exhaust into a intake.
hope this helps please let me know if this is not the case and we can go from there
